Creating a lesson, notifications, and the Telegram bot
Students show up on time and skip less often.
When you need to, remind about lesson payment in one click.
The bot nudges students about their balance so you do not have to.
The lesson price comes off the balance on its own after the lesson ends. You do not mark anything by hand.
If a student pays an uneven amount, the remainder stays on their balance instead of getting lost in a notebook.
If the balance ran out but the lesson already happened, it goes negative, and the next top-up covers that debt first.

I already recommend Slotifer to a lot of people, because after I started using it I can't imagine how I used to write everything in a notebook myself. Right now I have about 15 one-to-one students, and I mark every cancellation, reschedule, and open slot in the schedule here. What's more, students can pick a free slot themselves in Telegram. Payment tracking is convenient, there's a package system, so if you haven't tried it yet – go ahead!
The service is great. I'm so glad I once noticed it and decided to try it – I still use Slotifer. I like that everything is in one place, a bunch of great features, especially the stats, where you can see not only the money earned for the week/month, but also cancellations and reschedules among students. The Telegram bot deserves a mention of its own, because now I don't miss lessons: it reminds you at the time you choose in settings. It's pretty handy that in the bot you can also look at your schedule, paid and unpaid lessons, and reschedule or cancel a lesson without opening a tab on a laptop or phone. I tell everyone to try it and make life easier.
I tried a ton of planners, apps, and even Excel and Word… but nothing fit. At one point I just got tired of spending a bunch of time every week writing everything out and adding it up. Slotifer actually saves my time, does the counting itself, keeps stats for each student, sends reminders about lessons and payment, and most of all – it motivates me to work more!
Only people you’ve sent an invite to. You decide who can access your schedule.
No. You only pay a fixed subscription fee. All money from students goes to you in full.
Yes, absolutely. You can easily plan group sessions: first add students to your list, then when creating a slot in the calendar simply choose the group lesson format. You can add the students you need and set the price for each one individually.
Slotifer is a tracking journal. Students pay you directly (card, bank transfer, etc.), and you mark it in the dashboard so you can see payment and income stats.
You set the rules. In settings you can require changes to be made a certain number of hours in advance (for example, 24 hours) before the student can no longer change the lesson.
Not at all. Just send them a link to the Telegram bot. The student can handle everything right in the messenger:
They can also open the site if they want – but only with a personal invite link from you, where the web dashboard is available.
They can still see their schedule on the website and get notifications, but we recommend connecting the bot so they don't miss 10-minute reminders or updates when the schedule changes.
Slotifer converts time automatically. You see 15:00 Kyiv time, your student sees 14:00 Warsaw time. The bot reminds each person about the lesson in their local time.
No. A student only sees your free slots and their own lesson and payment history. Your statistics are visible only to you.
Yes. You can add Slotifer to your phone’s Home Screen – it opens like a regular app.
Android: open the site in Chrome → menu (three dots) → “Add to Home screen” or “Install”.
iPhone: open the site in Safari → Share → “Add to Home Screen” → Add.
Yes. You can create a Custom student. You manage their schedule and payments yourself; they don't get access to the site, but your stats stay organized.
No, we don’t delete anything. If the subscription ends, the dashboard switches to view-only mode: you can read your records but can’t create new slots until you renew.
