FAQ

Can anyone book a lesson with me?

Only people you’ve sent an invite to. You decide who can access your schedule.

Do you take a commission on every lesson?

No. You only pay a fixed subscription fee. All money from students goes to you in full.

Is it possible to create group lessons?

Yes, absolutely. You can easily plan group sessions: first add students to your list, then when creating a slot in the calendar simply choose the group lesson format. You can add the students you need and set the price for each one individually.

How do students pay for lessons? Does money go through the site?

Slotifer is a tracking journal. Students pay you directly (card, bank transfer, etc.), and you mark it in the dashboard so you can see payment and income stats.

What if a student wants to reschedule 5 minutes before the start?

You set the rules. In settings you can require changes to be made a certain number of hours in advance (for example, 24 hours) before the student can no longer change the lesson.

Does the student have to register on the site?

No, but signing in with Google only takes seconds. They still need their own dashboard to see payments and get reminders.

What if a student doesn't use Telegram?

They can still see their schedule on the website and get notifications, but we recommend connecting the bot so they don't miss 10-minute reminders or updates when the schedule changes.

I'm in Ukraine and my student is in Poland (different time zone). Will we get confused?

Slotifer converts time automatically. You see 15:00 Kyiv time, your student sees 14:00 Warsaw time. The bot reminds each person about the lesson in their local time.

Can students see my income or other students' data?

No. A student only sees your free slots and their own lesson and payment history. Your statistics are visible only to you.

Is there a mobile app?

For now only the web version is available. Slotifer works great in the browser on desktop and phone.

Can I add a student who refuses to register on any website?

Yes. You can create a Custom student. You manage their schedule and payments yourself; they don't get access to the site, but your stats stay organized.

What if I forget to renew my subscription on time? Will my data be deleted?

No, we don’t delete anything. If the subscription ends, the dashboard switches to view-only mode: you can read your records but can’t create new slots until you renew.
