PUBLIC OFFER (AGREEMENT)

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Provider: Sole proprietor Anton Yuriiovych Lypovyi, acting on the basis of the Unified State Register extract No. 2011600000000041140, hereinafter – the "Provider".

1.3. User – any individual who has registered on slotifer.com.

1.4. Acceptance of the Offer is User registration or payment for the Services.

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to Slotifer features (schedule automation, financial statistics, Telegram notifications) under a Subscription.

2.2. Services are provided electronically via the Internet only.

3.1. Each new User (Tutor) receives a free trial period of 14 calendar days.

3.2. The paid Subscription costs 300 UAH for each 30 calendar days of access.

3.3. Payment is processed via WayForPay. The User may enable automatic subscription renewal (recurring payments).

3.4. The Provider may change Service pricing by notifying the User 7 days in advance via the website interface or Telegram bot.

4.1. The User may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the first payment if the Services do not match the stated characteristics.

4.2. Refunds for subsequent (automatic or manual) subscription renewals are not provided, since the User had the opportunity to evaluate the product during the trial and the first month of use.

4.3. To request a refund, the User must email support@slotifer.com. Funds are returned to the same card used for payment within 5–10 business days (per bank regulations).

5.1. Slotifer is a scheduling tool. The Provider is not liable for financial settlements between Tutor and Student or for the content of lessons conducted.

5.2. The Provider is not liable for temporary Internet outages, power failures, or technical issues on the hosting provider side.

5.3. The User is solely responsible for maintaining access to their Google account and Telegram.

6.1. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website.
