Terms of Service – Slotifer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Slotifer, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of Services

Slotifer provides tools for organizing the learning process and tracking lessons. We are a platform for automating your activities and are not responsible for the content of lessons or financial arrangements between tutor and student.

3. Subscription and Financial Terms

  • Trial period: Each new User (Tutor) receives a free trial period of 14 calendar days.
  • Subscription price: The paid Subscription costs 300 UAH for each 30 calendar days of access.
  • Payment: Payment is processed via WayForPay. The User may enable automatic subscription renewal (recurring payments).
  • Price changes: The Provider may change Service pricing by notifying the User 7 days in advance via the website interface or Telegram bot.

4. Refund Policy

The User may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the first payment if the Services do not match the stated characteristics.

Refunds for subsequent (automatic or manual) subscription renewals are not provided, since the User had the opportunity to evaluate the product during the trial and the first month of use.

To request a refund, the User must email support@slotifer.com. Funds are returned to the same card used for payment within 5–10 business days (per bank regulations).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee the absence of temporary technical issues.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages (lost income, scheduling errors) arising from technical problems or improper use of the Service by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and Slotifer software code are the intellectual property of the Service. Any copying or use of interface elements without our consent is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated document.
