This Privacy Policy explains how Slotifer (the "Service", "We") collects, uses, and protects user information. We are committed to ensuring maximum transparency and security of your data. By using the Service, you agree to the data processing rules set out in this document.

• Authorization data: When using third-party sign-in services (e.g. Google), we receive your email address, name, and profile picture link.
• Professional activity information: Data about your schedule, student names, private lesson notes, prices, and payment statuses that you voluntarily enter into the system.
• Technical data and analytics: To ensure stable operation and analyse the effectiveness of the Service, we collect data on device type, browser version, IP address, as well as anonymous statistics on interactions with site pages.
• Messengers: When connecting Telegram notifications, we store your unique chat identifier (Chat ID) to send automated messages.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the functionality of the Service:

• Schedule management, lesson booking, and rescheduling.
• Sending automated reminders and system notifications.
• Generating personal income and financial statistics.
• Analysing user behaviour to improve the interface and fix technical errors.
• Measuring the effectiveness of Slotifer advertising campaigns (TikTok Pixel).

• Authentication services: For fast and secure passwordless sign-in.

We use modern encryption methods and a strict data-access control system at the database core level. This ensures that your private notes, student data, and financial statistics are accessible only to you after successful authentication.

We use cookies to ensure the Service operates correctly:

• Functional: To save your session, selected theme (light/dark), and language preferences.
• Analytical (Google Analytics): These cookies help us track site traffic. Information is sent to Google in an anonymised form. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the official browser add-on.
• Analytical and advertising (TikTok Pixel): On public site pages, TikTok Pixel may store cookies and receive data about page views and events (e.g. registration) to measure Slotifer advertising on TikTok. Data is processed by TikTok under their privacy policy.

You have the right to delete your account along with all associated information (profile, schedule, history, and notes) at any time through the "Settings" menu or by sending a request to: support@slotifer.com. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
